Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Bangla Roots’ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
B2B Services
Bangla Roots operates as a B2B buying house. Our services are intended for business customers including importers, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers. We do not sell directly to individual consumers.
Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply as stated in product specifications
- Prices are quoted in USD and may be subject to change without notice
- Payment terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation
- Standard payment methods include wire transfer and letter of credit
Product Specifications
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. Samples are provided for approval before bulk production.
Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Shipping costs are separate and will be quoted based on order details
- We handle export documentation for international shipments
- Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the shipping carrier
Quality Assurance
All products undergo quality control before shipment. Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve any quality issues in accordance with our Quality Assurance Policy.
Intellectual Property
Custom designs and branding provided by you remain your property. We will not reproduce or share your designs without permission. Our company name, logo, and content are protected by intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability
Bangla Roots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
